Abstract

  • Human development in Southeast Sulawesi Province continues to progress as marked by the continued Human Development Index (HDI) of Southeast Sulawesi. by 2017, Southeast Sulawesi's HDI has reached 69.86. This figure increased by 0.55 points compared to Southeast Sulawesi in 2016 which amounted to 69.31.
  • Since 2016, the human development status in Southeast Sulawesi has reached a "moderate" level. Southeast Sulawesi's HDI in 2017 grew by 0.79 percent compared to 2016.
  • During the period 2016 to 2017, the components of IPM are also increasing. Newborns have an opportunity to live up to 70.47 years, an increase of 0.01 years over the previous year.
