Abstract

The export value of Southeast Sulawesi in August 2018 was recorded at US $ 96.56 million or decreased by 22.60 percent compared to exports in July 2018 which was recorded at US $ 124.74 million. Meanwhile, export volume in August 2018 was recorded at 769.71 thousand tons or an increase of 4.71 percent compared to exports in July 2018 which recorded 735.09 thousand tons.
The total exports of Southeast Sulawesi from January to August 2018 reached 6,042.91 thousand tons or worth US $ 682.81 million.
The import value of Southeast Sulawesi in August 2018 was recorded at US $ 74.32 million or an increase of 21.12 percent compared to imports in July 2018 which was recorded at US $ 61.36 million. While the import volume in August 2018 was recorded at 155.61 thousand tons or an increase of 97.75 percent compared to imports in July 2018 which recorded 78.69 thousand tons.
The total imports of Southeast Sulawesi from January to August 2018 reached 741.21 thousand tons or US $ 513.96 million.
