Abstract

The harvested area of rice in Southeast Sulawesi for the period January-September 2018 is 94.79 thousand hectares. By calculating potential until December 2018, the harvested area in 2018 is 131.40 thousand hectares.
Rice production in Southeast Sulawesi for the period January-September 2018 is 366.40 thousand tons of dry milled rice (MPD).
Based on the potential for production until December 2018, it is estimated that total rice production in 2018 will be 499.01 thousand tons of GKG.
If rice production is converted into rice using the number of MPD conversion to rice in 2018, then rice production is equivalent to 285.10 thousand tons of rice.
